A Bulldog alum, Willie was - in my opinion - Drake's best recruiter and best position coach (DL). This does not bode well for head coach Todd Stepsis or his team.
I think Willie could be be back in coaching someday. BTW, his brother Pat (also a DU alum) is the new special teams coach at South Dakota State.
