Thank the gods for the forum updates. The PFL site is so slow on just about everything. I’m thinking everyone in the office goes home at 5 on Friday and maybe checks the interwebs sometime on Sundayish.
IMO, the PFL site, one day a week in season, should be the up-to-the-minute authority on all PFL scores on the ONE (1) day that it matters in each of the 12 weeks that they are relevant.
Is that not too much to ask?

Yeah, I knew that, and it’s nice that they are doing the PFL a public service. But if the MVFC people are on top of their teams why can’t they also keep tabs on the 5 PFL games too? Isn’t that what interns are for?

As of this season, the Missouri Valley has little or no involvement with the website. The web guy continues to be Cody Bush, who works in Tennessee for Austin Peay's athletic department.
His email: bushc@apsu.edu
The league commissioner is also in Tennessee, where he works for the OVC. He apparently gets some long distance help from the semi-retired Viverito.

I guess the PFL is in a triple whammy situation.
Whammy #1 - Member schools are all small, private (with one exception - Morehead State) institutions with UG enrollments averaging 3794 undergrads (excluding Dayton and MSU that are in the low 8,000s). Plus, six of the remaining nine have UG enrollments of <5K - PC is the real outlier at only 955. Out of necessity, most athletic budgets are commensurate.
Whammy #2 - It is a single sport league. Therefore, a PT commish and a minimal investment (annual membership fee) from member schools. Guess you get what you pay for.
Whammy #3 - It is non-scholarship. The whole PFL premise is that mid-major D-I schools wanted to offer FB but could not or would not foot the bill for the 65 full schollies to compete in D-IAA, now the FCS. That fiscal tightness permeates all aspects of league operation and competition (except travel budgets 🙄, ha, ha).
It is what it is. Just glad that despite all this, the PFL gets an FCS AQ.
